Terms and Conditions of RK1

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the RK1 online shop.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

A purchase contract is concluded once RK1 confirms the order by email or dispatches the goods.

RK1 reserves the right to reject orders without providing reasons.

3. Prices and Availability

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs CHF.

Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude shipping costs.

RK1 reserves the right to change prices and products at any time.

Obvious pricing or product errors entitle RK1 to withdraw from the contract.

4. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

Other payment methods offered in the online shop

Payment is charged immediately upon completion of the order.

In the event of late payment, RK1 reserves the right to charge reminder fees.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

Stated delivery times are non binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Risk transfers to the customer once the goods are handed over to the shipping provider.

RK1 is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by third parties.

5.1 Transport Damage

Visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the delivery service and in writing to RK1 within 48 hours after receipt of the goods.

Failure to report may result in loss of claims.

5.2 Refusal or Non Collection

If a shipment is refused or not collected, RK1 reserves the right to charge the customer for the resulting shipping and handling costs.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

There is no statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss law.

RK1 voluntarily grants a 14 day return policy from the date of receipt in accordance with the Return Policy page.

Goods must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with intact protective film.

Returns showing signs of use, odors, damage, or removed protective film will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non refundable.

7. Warranty and Defects

The statutory provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply.

Normal wear and tear, abrasion, and damage caused by improper use are excluded from warranty.

Defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

RK1 decides whether to provide replacement, repair, or refund.

8. Liability

RK1 is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Unjustified chargebacks will be legally pursued.

9. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of RK1 until full payment has been received.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the RK1 Privacy Policy.

All data is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

11. Copyright and Trademark Rights

All content, images, designs, logos, and texts of the online shop are protected by copyright and are the property of RK1.

Any use without explicit written permission is prohibited.

12. Minimum Age and Legal Capacity

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally competent or have obtained consent from a legal guardian.

13. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible regulation.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of RK1 unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
