Right of Withdrawal

Please note that under Swiss law, there is no mandatory statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Therefore, cancellation of the purchase contract is generally excluded.

Voluntary Return Policy by RK1

Regardless of this, RK1 voluntarily grants its customers a 14 day return policy from the date of receipt of the goods.

Conditions for Return

The item must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.
The product must be in its original packaging.
There must be no signs of wear or use.
The protective film or plastic seal must be fully intact and undamaged.

Exclusion from the Return Policy

The following items are excluded from the voluntary return policy:

Worn or used goalkeeper gloves
Items with visible signs of wear or use
Custom made or personalized products
Products where the protective film or seal has been removed, damaged, or tampered with

In these cases, there is no entitlement to compensation or refund.

After review, you will receive further instructions regarding the return shipment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs already paid are non refundable.

Refund

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
